Create a new track
Selected 2 bars
Add a New MIDI Item
Starting at C0, add quarter notes in an ascending scale (for ease of visibility)
Switch to Event View with A+3
Ensure that the MIDI item is visible in the Track View as well as the Event Viewer - I used dual monitors with the Track View on one side and Event View on the other.
Select Index 2 in the Event List
Click Delete in the Toolbar
Notice that Note 2 is not deleted
Notice that Note 2 is not deleted in the Track View
Right click on Note 3 and choose delete in the Event List
Notice that Note 3 disappears from the Track View
Select any other note in the Event List
Click Delete in the Toolbar in the Event List
Notice that deleted Note 3 reappears in the Track View
Select any other note in the Event List
Notice that the Note 3 disappears in the Track View
This is repeatable for me. The Del button in the default toolbar doesn't usually delete anything, and causes the MIDI item to show successfully deleted notes again. The Del button seems to be calling the wrong function as well as the graphical issue.
