EZdrummer 2 multitrack routing not working

Hi,

I've just downloaded and installed ezdrummer and was hoping everything would indeed go easily, but I'm having some issues. I'd be really grateful for any assistance. I've watched the video below and followed the instructions, but I'm not getting the same results.

First off, unlike the user in the vid, I'm not getting any sound from the kit when I load the VSTi. I have to turn on record arm and monitor input. And then once I build the multichannel routing and set the seperate tracks in the ezdrummer mixer, I don't get sound from any of the drums except the kick. Not sure at all what to do here.
