64 Bit Windows 10 and 64 Bit Reaper latest V 5.16 currently installed.
Windows 10 did an update, and when I logged in there was some kind of issue with Win10 that didn't get the desktop, so I logged out and back in again and the desktop showed up.
But when I started Reaper it said that no audio devices were configured, and it had lost track of the project templates I had saved.
Tried rebooting Win10 but that doesn't make any difference.
Then set up a project again with MIDI device and my ASIO audio device and that worked, but after saving the project, exiting Reaper and then restarting Reaper I'm back to Reaper saying that I haven't configured any Audio devices, etc.
So right now Reaper is basically unusable for me.
RealTracks (part of Band In A Box) still works OK, but not Reaper.
Just in case I upgraded to the latest version of Reaper, but that also did NOT resolve the problem.
Has anyone seen this problem before, and if so do you have a suggestion on how to resolve it.
Do I need to completely uninstall Reaper and then reinstall it?
Thanks,
Burt
